We are happy to announce that our Founder and President, Josh Wiles, has been invited to participate in a panel discussion at the 2020 NYS Farmers Market Manager’s Conference between March 3 – 4, 2020 at the Best Western in Kingston, NY.
Speaking alongside Phil Blalock from NAFMNP and MarketLink at a session titled, SNAP at the Farmers Market, Josh and Phil will share updates around the NDG-MarketLink process for accepting SNAP, WIC, debit and credit. The sessions, which will be held at 10 am on March 4, will include time for Q&A to ensure that all attendees are armed with all the info they need and are all fully prepared for 2020!
Under the theme, Building Markets that Meet the Needs of our Stakeholders, the conference includes many other educational sessions that engage a long lineup of industry leaders that help farmers markets find their way through the maze of new trends and consumer behaviors. The conference examines multiple means for identifying changing consumer behavior and working toward that balance of consumer vs farmer.
