After winning a cooperative agreement from USDA for farmers market support services, the National Association of Farmers Market Nutrition Programs (NAFMNP) is now accepting applications from markets and direct-marketing farmers for free EBT processing solutions from its MarketLink program.
In addition to receiving a free card reader, eligible applicants will get a one-year complimentary license for our EBT processing solution Mobile Market+ app, the only all-in-one solution that accepts EBT payments along with all other tender types at point-of-sale.
In 2019, NDG became an EBT processor to provide the most flexible and affordable EBT solutions available. Now, Mobile Market + is the only stand-alone solution connected directly to the FIS EBT gateway, so you can process EBT without a separate agreement from a credit processor.
The grant allows markets and direct-marketing farmers to use a smart device, like a mobile phone, to accept SNAP benefits and we are pleased to be working alongside the NAFMNP to continue to support markets and farmers nationwide.
