OTC Benefit Programs
You Can Accept Through TotilPay
- The OTC Network programs allows customers to use their healthcare plan-issued benefits card to purchase eligible food products such as fruits, vegetables, eggs, milk, and health-related items.
Accepted OTC Benefit Cards
TotilPay Go supports a wide range of OTC benefit cards issued by major health plans. However, availability varies by plan and location.

Medicare Advantage OTC cards
Health plan–issued OTC and healthy benefit cards
Card designs vary by program, but all have a Health Plan logo and an OTC Network® logo. Look for one of the following brand marks, which will be located on the front or back of the card.

How to accept OTC Network:

- S3 Food Cards are benefit cards designed to support access to nutritious food. These cards are often provided by health plans and community programs to help customers buy eligible groceries.
If you’re eligible for (or enrolled in) a health plan’s Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP),your plan may include a healthy food card benefit. The benefit may help members who are short on money for food. Qualified members can use the card at participating stores.
This card provides members a monthly or quarterly allowance to spend on approved healthy foods at participating stores across the U.S. Qualifying items include milk, eggs, bread, juices, water, yogurts, fruits, vegetables and more.
Unused balances reload automatically each benefit period.

People eligible for (or enrolled in) Humana’s Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP), may have a plan that includes the Humana Healthy Foods Card benefit. The benefit may help Humana members who are short on money for food. Qualified members can use the card at participating stores.
This card gives members a monthly allowance to spend on approved healthy foods at participating stores across the U.S. Qualifying items include milk, eggs, bread, juices, water, yogurts, fruits, vegetables and more. The allowance amount reloads every month!
Participating States:
Currently, we are in a beta testing phase with plans of supporting the following states of: Kentucky, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, and Michigan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there additional costs to accept OTC Benefit Cards?
- There is no cost to add OTC Network or S3 Food Cards as tender types in your TotilPay merchant profile.
- Approved transactions incur a 2.5% processing fee, which is deducted from your settlement.
How do merchants get paid?
- All OTC and S3 transactions are included in your regular weekly ACH deposit, alongside your other TotilPay settlements.
How do I enable my account to accept the S3 Food Cards?

- Note: S3 Food cards processing is currently supported on iOS devices using TotilPay Go. Android support is not available at this time.
